While we recommend making most selections before construction starts, we understand that some modifications might be necessary. We’ll give you our best advice and tell you how those changes will affect the schedule and budget, so you can make informed decisions.

We provide a one-year warranty on construction and many of the items we’ll be installing in your home also come with their own warranties. Using well-respected manufacturers with quality products allows us to stand behind our homes with confidence.

We are happy to provide references to our clients. And we’ll also show you some of our homes currently under construction. We think you’ll be impressed with our clean, organized work sites and talented craftsmen
